This is a special post because it is the end of Season 2 on “Cipota Colocha Says.” I can’t believe we’re at here already. I feel like this year has flown by.
This season started back in February. I want to say thank you to all of the guests who have been featured on the podcast this season, to all of my audience who have stuck around day in and day out. To all of you who discovered the podcast for the first time this year.
This is my passion project, I have loved every single minute of creating the episodes, of editing the pieces and connecting with you all on social media. One of the most memorable moments for me this year, was connecting with Vanessa Mota. She shared her excitement about her cookbook and her passion for cooking was contagious. Another big surprise for me this season was how well my solo episode titled, “Proud to be Salvadoran: Una Carta para El Salvador.” did. To this day, it remains the most popular episode I have ever had on the podcast.
Before I launch season three, we are going back to the drawing board and revamping the webpage and the look for “Cipota Colocha Says”. I hope you are as excited as I am! I want to create something that will be a little more representative of what I am and what the show is about with a bit more of my cultura!
Muchisimas gracias! I hope you all enjoy the holiday season and get the much needed rest. I will see you here again next year!
