The message is clear. You can do anything you set your mind to do. For my latest podcast episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dr. Syreeta Bond. Let me tell you, she is a complete powerhouse! From being a tech consultant for a big company, to being a mom, to even having her own fashion line. She does it all? But how does she find the time?

“I pencil everything in,” Dr Syreeta said. “From my break to when I drop my daughter off in daycare, it’s all written down.” Not only is she a powerhouse but she is also a proud Afro-Latina! She opens up about the things she loves about being puertorriqueña and black. “We are guerreras!” she says with an infectious smile!

She also has one message very clear, “WE ARE NOT GOING NOWHERE!” She opens up about navigating a world where there is an attack on DEI programs and provides hope as to why the work and the push is important. Why you have to go out and vote, and provides hope on not giving up so that the future generations have a better chance.
